Rental prices vary depending on the collection and how many pieces you select, but a complete outfit typically runs around $250. This package includes a suit coat, pants, dress shirt, tie or bowtie, shoes, cuff links, vest, pocket square, and a damage waiver for peace of mind.
Rentals are shipped 5–10 days before the wedding date. While shipping itself only takes 1–2 days, this timing ensures your order arrives with enough time to try everything on. If any items don’t fit, there’s still time to reorder the correct sizes before the big day.
Accidents happen! If a rental item is stained or damaged during your event, simply return it as is. Jim’s Formal Wear includes a built-in damage and handling fee with every order, which covers minor issues like small stains, scuffs, or tears. For significant damage or lost items, additional replacement fees may apply.
Rentals are yours to use for the entire wedding weekend. Orders arrive 5–10 days before the event, giving you time to try everything on. After the wedding, simply return the items using the prepaid shipping label the next business day.
No problem if your wedding party is spread across the country! Each member can have their rental shipped directly to their home, timed to arrive 5–10 days before the wedding. This makes it easy for everyone to get the right fit from wherever they live.

In-Person: Prefer the traditional route? You can stop by a local tuxedo shop or tailor, or even follow JFW’s step-by-step video guide to take your own measurements with a tape measure.

Once your measurements are submitted, they’re saved with your order to ensure your rental is tailored to fit.
If your suit doesn’t fit as planned, Jim’s Formal Wear has you covered. Their Fit Guarantee allows you to request a free replacement, and they’ll quickly ship the correct size so you have what you need for the big day.
If you have a question, you can reach out to your event coordinator if you haven’t accepted your email invitation. Once you’ve joined the event through that invitation, Jim’s Formal Wear handles all questions and support directly.
